Love's blind, world's tallest teenage girl was spotted walking hand in hand with her boyfriend on a beach in Brazil, despite a staggering 1ft 4in height difference. Six ft 8in Elisany da Cruzsilva, 17, had to bend down to even plant a kiss on her lover Francinaldoda Silva Carvalho, 22, who is 5ft 4in in height. The young ster, from Salinopolis in Brazil, has a form of higantism due to a tumour on her pituitary gland, which regulates growth.
